Delisting log

Addresses on hosting networks stay on the block list with no end date. When a hosting range changes hands, it leaves this way: the registry shows the new holder, the registry lists an abuse mailbox for the range, and it has been quiet on all our sensors for 30 days (90 after a relapse). Release is per IPv4 /24 or single address (/32), or per IPv6 /64 or single address (/128). It costs nothing, and money never changes a decision. A wrong listing goes to the dispute mailbox instead, and is answered within 7 days.
