By accessing and using SERVBG Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SERVBG Tools provides free network diagnostic and security tools including:

• Network tools (MTR, DNS lookup, port scanning, etc.)
• Email verification tools
• Secure file upload/download service
• Utility tools (password generator, hash generator, etc.)

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our tools for illegal activities
• Scan networks or systems without authorization
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use automated scripts to overload our servers
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

4. Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage, we enforce rate limits. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent blocking.

5. File Upload Terms

• Maximum file size: 500MB per upload
• Files are encrypted at rest
• We do not inspect file contents
• Illegal content is prohibited
• Files are automatically deleted after download limit or 30 days

6. Disclaimer

Our tools are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of results
• Actions taken based on our tools
• Service interruptions
• Data loss

7. Limitation of Liability

SERVBG Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state laws.
